Comatrol Recognized As A Top Sc Employer

Comatrol, a manufacturer of hydraulic cartridge valves located in Easley, was recently named as one of the 2012 Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The annual award, sponsored by SCBIZ Magazine, the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group, recognizes companies across the state that provide outstanding work environments for their employees.
Nominated companies were evaluated based on their firm’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.  Employee surveys were also utilized to determine the employee experience at each firm.
“Winning this award means so much to our facility as it shows the dedication our entire organization has to creating the best work environment possible,” said Derek Bailey, Comatrol Plant Director. “It really shows the pride we have in our company and benefits us in our recruitment, employee retention and operational performance.”
