IN4.OS US & DMG Mori Make Significant Contribution To Career Center

Liberty, SC – IN4.0S US in partnership with DMG MORI, one of the world’s largest and most respected machine tool builders, announced at the Alliance Pickens STEM “Evening of Celebration” held on May 21, a gift of a state-of-the-art DMG MORI 5 axis machining center to the Pickens County Career and Technology Center.
Thanks to IN4.0S US and DMG MORI, the significant gift of a DMG MORI 5 axis machining center makes the Pickens County Career and Technology Center one of a very select few high schools in the United States that will have this level of technical education in machine tool technology.  RJ Singh and Ashley Heaton Co-Chairmen of IN4.OS US are also Co-Chairmen of IPSUM Technologies, a high technology manufacturer of components for the space, aerospace and pharmaceutical, and other industries which announced in April the location of its manufacturing facility in the Pickens County Commerce Park.
Mr. Singh believes strongly in assisting students to develop their maximum potential technical abilities, recognized the high level of technical education occurring at the Pickens County Career and Technology Center.  In his remarks in conveying the gift at the STEM Celebration, Mr. Singh said “When we saw the twinkle in the eyes of kids at the CTC, we felt this is where the talent development journey begins.”
“That DMG MORI, Mr. Singh and Mr. Heaton would think so highly of our community and our Scholar Technician® initiative to make this world-class contribution to the Pickens County Career and Technology Center for the purpose of educating our students on the highest level of technical manufacturing, is truly humbling” said Ray Farley of Alliance Pickens.
Machine Tool Technology student Jacob Campbell was also named Pickens County Scholar Technician® of the Year at the event.
